Great Location and Service

During my recent city trip, I stayed at a hotel that offered me two amazing amenities that really enhanced my stay. the hotel's location was fantastic as it was very close to all the main attractions I wanted to visit during my trip. the hotel's service was also outstanding. The hotel staff was always very friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. the hotel was very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

There were also a few drawbacks to my stay. the hotel was very limited in terms of amenities.

Food, lack of dining choices, menues were too expensive, lifeguard for the pool, no hot tub

Room was too cold near widows. Less tv channels to watch than last stay at the hotel in November 2011. Otherwise the room was very good.

This hotel had excellent service and staff. the employees went out of their way to make our stay special. the on-site restaurant offered outstanding food with a romantic setting. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. the experience was very positive.

The hotel lacked WiFi in the rooms, which was inconvenient. the parking situation was also a bit of a headache, as there were limited spaces available and we had to park in an adjacent parking lot.

The room was very comfortable; room service very prompt for breakfast; dinning room was slow for lunch, food was good. We would recommend hotel. Specific instructions on how to access the underground tunnels (map of same) would be helpful.

We had a very nice stay at The Delta Centre Ville. The staff were very nice and the accomodations were great. The rooms were a bit old style, but all in all it was excellent! It's located between the Old and New city of Montreal. We are walkers though, so this was perfect for us!

My partner and I recently stayed in a hotel close to both the Metro and the old Montreal area. the location was perfect for us, as we wanted to explore the cultural and commercial areas of the city. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and attended to. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the lobby floor restaurant, and the views from the top of the hotel were stunning.

The size of the pool, which was smaller than expected.

I loved this hotel, the hotel was great had beautiful view on top of the restaurant, spins, food was great, room spacious and very clean, price was great, i highly recommand this hotel!10/10!

parking was to cramped especially if you have a big truck or van.hard to get in and out of the parkig lot.

The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do in montreal. The room was clean and comfortable.i would recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff made you feel special and were very professional. We stayed on the 26th floor so the views were spectacular

The hotel is very conveniently one block away from the central station. is is very comfortable.

It was difficult to look at the TV from the bed.

I didn't enjoy my stay at Delta Centre-Ville.

Did not get a non-smoking room. I was told there were none left. However, I booked a non-smoking room. Ordered room service and the food was not very good.

Excellent location and very good value for money.

Decor become somewhat outdated.

Light level in the rooms is very poor. Very difficult to read anything.

The hotel appearance from the lobby and from website pictures suggested a rather up-to-date atmosphere and great location for touring Montreal. Room service was excellent for price and quality. Early check-in was appreciated. Housekeeping provided made beds and re-stocked bathroom amenities daily. Very comortable beds, good room temperature. Secure and safe atmosphere. Fro the price I would stay again.

Upon arrival, our Booked.net reservation could not be found. I had printed my reservation and brought it with me and the reservation staff had to make a copy of it. Furniture in the room was in need of repair and paint - it really wouldn't take much to touch this up to make the room look more appealing. Ceiling in bathroom was peeling. Very dusty lamps and phone. Asked for 2 bathrobes, got two but one without a belt.
